Terms of service
The agreement between you and Handlemart. Effective September 23, 2026.
The service
Handlemart is a marketplace for domain names with related tools: registry information, appraisals, monitoring, watches, parking, news and agent access. By using it you accept these terms and our privacy notice. Handlemart is not a registrar, an escrow agent or an adviser, and is not a party to any sale.
Accounts
You must be able to enter a binding contract, and, if you act for a business, be authorized to bind it. Keep your account email reachable and your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions taken by agents and tools you authorize.
Listings
List only names you control, and keep every listing accurate. A listing goes live after verification and stays live while verification holds. You are responsible for your registrar’s rules, the transfer and any taxes. We may remove listings that are misleading, infringing, unlawful or harmful.
Deals, escrow and fees
A published asking price is a standing offer to sell: a purchase at that price concludes the deal. Offers below the asking price bind only once the seller accepts. Accepted deals settle through Escrow.com under its own terms; Handlemart does not hold funds or transfer names.
On a completed sale the seller pays Handlemart a five percent commission and Escrow.com’s escrow fee, both collected within the escrow transaction; the buyer pays the agreed price, and any charge for the buyer’s own payment method. Escrow.com’s terms govern its fee when a paid sale is cancelled or a transfer is rejected. We may change our fees with notice, but never for a deal already accepted.
Information and opinions
Registry facts, appraisals, monitoring, market data and news commentary are provided for information only. Appraisals and commentary are generated with AI and are not advice or valuations; use your own judgment.
Acceptable use
Do not list names you do not control, misrepresent anything, make offers you do not intend, spam, harass, defraud, impersonate, infringe rights, distribute malware, or interfere with, overload or scrape the service beyond what our published rules and rate limits allow.
Content
You keep the rights to what you post and grant Handlemart a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display and distribute it in connection with the service. Records of completed sales and your comments may remain after your account ends, without your name. Handlemart’s software, brand and content belong to Handlemart and its licensors.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts and remove content that breaks these terms or puts others at risk. Suspended accounts can appeal. You may delete your account at any time; escrow transactions already open run to completion.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or data, or the conduct of other users, registries or providers, and our total liability in any twelve months is limited to the fees you paid Handlemart in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date shows the current version, and we will notify you of material changes before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
