X.AI Files UDRP Against Grok.Bot
A domain parked for sale is a confession, and X.AI just filed the paperwork.
Grok.Bot was registered, pointed nowhere useful, and put up for sale. That combination is the classic UDRP trifecta: confusingly similar, no legitimate use, bad faith.
The filing turns a nuisance into a legal record. Complainants don't need to win to raise the cost of squatting; the proceeding itself puts every other Grok-adjacent registrant on notice.
The owner's mistake was transparency. Listing a domain for sale above cost converts a registration into a speculative one, and UDRP panels read a sales page as an admission.
