“Do you have an extra $9M laying around?”

Liking a domain name is cheap. Owning one is a different market.

A casual user spots Bcoin.com, decides it feels right, and assumes the asking price will follow their taste. It doesn't.

The domain wasn't priced for admiration. Names like this carry inventory history, comparable sales, and an owner who knows what the aftermarket will bear.

The extra $9M question is the real product here: desire without a price anchor.

For sellers, this is why brokerage matters. A buyer who says 'I really like it' isn't negotiating yet; they're still learning what the asset actually costs.
